<p>All apps to universities in Ontario Canada go through a central application service (OUAC) at [Welcome</a> to the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre](<a href=“http://www.ouac.on.ca%5DWelcome”>http://www.ouac.on.ca) </p>
<p>You would likely use the Form 105F (for visa student applicant not currently in an Ontario high school).</p>
<p>Once you apply there, Waterloo will send acknowledgment and additional instructions by email.</p>
