How would you type a peer recommendation?

<p>I'm kinda confused...I think my peer rec writer would prefer to type, but there's only a PDF of the actual peer evaluation. Could she type the answers to the questions and the statement and email it? But then what would I do with the "Applicant" part? The part that asks for my address and whatnot?</p>

<p>I know it's kinda early for this, but I like head starts. :)
