Your input is greatly appreciated

bump – i’m curious too

I’ve had limited contact with the film studies department, but the one class I did take was quite good.

Are there film study classes available to engineering majors, for a student who is interested in history/overview type classes, is a movie buff, and would love to take those classes for fun and/or to satisfy core requirements? Is there a film club on campus, or are films shown on campus at no or little cost to students?

Yes, engineers can take film studies classes. The intro class is popular as an elective. In fact, it would fulfill part of the engineering requirement. I was a chemical engineer and took an upper level class to fulfill mine.

bump, how good, can anyone tell me, are their undergraduate film studies program?
