HS EC's for MedSchool?

I've been wondering, will EC's in high school apply towards medical school? I'd think not, but in my situation, last semester I had a 14 week internship (10hrs/wk) with an Ortho Surgeon, and this semester I'm working as a lab assistant at UT Southwestern. I know it's not enough for getting into medical school, but when applying to med schools, would it be worthy to include to show that I've been working since high school to enter medicine? I mean I still have to work in college on that stuff, but I'd think starting in HS might provide a miniscule bump up, and you need every bit you can get to get into med school.

No, the AMCAS application expressly asks you to not include HS extracurriculars.

Medical schools are also not terribly interested in people who've "always known they wanted to be a doctor." Many med students are older career changers and that's fine for med schools.
