i am from Eastern Europe and I've been admitted to HULT business school (MA in international relations).

They boast themselves as top school in USA and one of the Financial Times Top 100 schools globally.

Frankly, I didn't here about Hult before at all. I don't know about their reputation or attractiveness among US students or if it's attractive to recruiters there.

I've also been admitted to Bristol university (which is in UK) so I have my doubts...

From the Wikipedia site that Chedva linked:

“In 1996, the school, then known as the Arthur D. Little School of Management, formed a partnership with Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, giving it access to the college’s facilities. The following year the Arthur D. Little School of Management became an independent non-profit entity, with Arthur D. Little Inc. as its only shareholder. In 2002, after Arthur D. Little declared bankruptcy, Kaplan, Inc. acquired the business school, renaming it the Concord School of Management and converting it to a for-profit school. It was renamed the Hult International Business School in 2003. That same year the school moved to Cambridge.”

That sounds like a pretty unstable history.
