I would like to ask anyone who has knowledge on how and when the I-20 forms will be sent out. My university doesnt really highlight the procedure on their website. I have submitted all required documentation, what happens next??

As for “how”, your I-20 will be mailed to you because you need a form with an original signature from your designated school official. Many universities will mail I-20s using a courier (such as Fedex or UPS), but it may be mailed via regular postal mail as well.
“When” is entirely up to your university. Setting up your SEVIS record and printing your I-20 only takes a few minutes and can be done anytime. Of course, hundreds of other incoming international students need an I-20 too. Several university departments may have to communicate to verify your admission, funding and enrollment information, and a separate department may be in charge of shipping. That whole process often takes a few weeks.
Personally, I would wait 3 weeks after you have submitted all of the requested paperwork for your I-20. If you haven’t heard anything by then, it’s worthwhile to follow up.
