Ahhh. I wish I could just put a halt on time. I am really worried about applying to schools. I mean there are days where I have a sudden burst confidence and feel like I can do anything and go anywhere and then reality hits me and I realize its not likely.

I have big dreams and I am scared they wont come true =(

But… you’re a hard worker. :]

yeah well working hard doesnt always get people where they want to be…some arent just that lucky.

wow, im being a total pessimist today, aren’t i?

Probably won’t get into a college you don’t apply to.

lol yeah. I guess I’ll have to just take things as they come. I mean everyone survives through this…so why can’t I? I am no different.

ughh i just have those days where worries about the future eat me up…hence the reason for this thread.

If you want the rainbow, you have to put up with the rain.

You have to know what kind of work to do, how to play the admissions game, and not be scared of taking chances, but mostly the last part. If you don’t even apply you can’t get in. Go figure out how to achieve your dreams-and if you don’t you at least tried and had a fighting chance. Besides, if you don’t get into the ivies, then you still have 50 years of life left, it’s not all over.

it’s the suspense that kills you

Don’t follow your dreams; lead them.

Google “stuff white people like ivy league.”

brah I’m worried and I’m only a rising Junior. You’re not alone.
