It’s 3 in the morning, not many people are on…

Crash Course is good for AP Euro, my teacher raves about it. I’m taking it next year so I can’t really comment.

Get Cliffs for AP Bio.

Haha sry…
So is cliffs better than princeton review for bio?

The bio curriculum is changing, so no one can really answer accurately.

For this year I used Princeton Review, and I would definitely recommend it to others. While it doesn’t cover all the material that could possibly show up on the exam, it has enough to get a 5, if you know it all, that is. PR is concise and easy to study/memorize. The other review books seem to be information overload.

If you look at the AP Bio curriculum outline, it’s detailed enough to serve as a review guide. Also, there are published textbook correlations for the new Bio curriculum telling you exactly what pages of your bio textbook are important.

I really don’t think a review book will be necessary for the new AP Bio test, unless you’re dead lazy and just don’t want to crack open your textbook. Before, review guides were justified because the AP Bio outline was EXTREMELY vague (exactly 1 page long) and Bio textbooks were 1000 pages long.

Now, the Bio outline is over 100 pages long and tells you exactly what you need to know, and there are textbook correlation guides telling you exactly what pages of the 1000 pages or so in your Bio textbook to study.

Come on guys. You don’t need a review book for AP Bio.

I don’t know if you need to get a review book right away for AP Euro. I didn’t use one and I got a 5. I think you should wait and see how your teacher is at teaching the material. If they’re really bad and you feel like you aren’t learning anything, then definitely pick up a review book. But if your teacher teaches fine, I would recommend just paying attention in class and studying for tests. Then get some other AP Euro kids together starting around April and review the material together. Study groups were very effective for me!

Link to that page with the outline? Because I don’t think I’ve got the right page from CB…

Got a 5 on bio with cliffs

AP biology exams starting from 2012 onwards becomes a LOT LOT LOT easier. Just memorize your barron’s book for the AP and you’ll get a 5. For the class I’d recommend reading and taking notes thoroughly on CampBells and Reese 7th Edition AP Biology.

Got a 5 on the exam and a 99% + in the class

I used PR for AP hug last yeat and i got a 5. The teacher i have next year for euro is supposedly too easy (in a bad way). and i took bio honors last year got the highest grade in the class. My bio teacher (who also teaches the ap class) said that i would have done well on the ap exam, so im not too worried. I just want a study guide that reviews wat i learned throughout the year.

I used PR for Euro and got a 5.
You don’t really need one for Biology.

I used the Viault review book (McGraw-Hill) and PR for AP Euro this year and got a 5. As long as you pay attention in class and do some review near the time of the exam, you’ll be fine.

In addition.to these 2 APs i wad thinking of selfstudying maybe 1 or 2 more AP subjects.
Wat do u guys recommend.

I found Psych and Microeconomics easy to self-study.

does anyone have released ap euro exams?

Psychology is supposedly easy.
