<li><p>If not, do they must be sent by the instructors/officials?</p></li>
<li><p>Can I sent my transcript by myself(sealed and official)? </p></li>
<li><p>The status of the school forms says offline, what does that mean?</p></li>

<li><p>Yes. “Invite” your evaluators and put in their e-mails and they will be sent e-mails with instructions.</p></li>
<li><p>N/A</p></li>
<li><p>Transcript will be uploaded by your counselor when s/he completes his or her evaluation, assuming you want to do everything possible online.</p></li>
<li><p>Perhaps because you didn’t enter an e-mail address? So Common App assumes you want to complete the forms by hand??? Not 100% sure on this one.</p></li>

<p>So how do they upload official transcripts online? I though an official transcript will only be considered if it’s sealed? If they uploaded, do I still have to send any material to the school? and forgot to say, I am a transfer student.</p>
<p>Transcripts and school forms cannot currently be submitted online for transfer applicants. Download and print the forms you need from within the School Forms section of your account.</p>
