"Ugly" is a totally subjective thing, unless you truly have a butt-face in the sense that your face is shaped like two round lumps of flesh.

"Fat" is subjective, too, unless you're actually obese according to the BMI scale (and even then, you could just be extremely muscular). I weigh somewhere arould 110 lbs, and I have my own "crud, I'm fat" days.

Don't beat yourself up over your appearance, or you'll end up a superficial, judging, freak. Okay? Okay.

I am obese according to the BMI scale and I have like, no muscles.

I'm fat, yeah...sometimes I'm depressed, sometimes I am not. I'm trying to lose weight, but I started gaining it in 4th grade. There were times when I lost weight but I always regained it due to improper diet and lack of exercises.

I want to lose my weight by this summer, though. Add a happy note to life with a lighter body. :)

I was 240 lbs. in 8th grade. Sophmore year (currently) I weigh 180.

Just don't eat as much, cut out all crap foods, and cardio cardio cardio whether it's running, walking, jacking off :D, sex :D, calisthenics, etc. Just keep doing more and more. And weights too if you want.

Well, the fact that you think so lowly of your body should be pretty good motivation...
I've gained weight recently and started dieting/exercising... Getting complements for looking good/actually working on the stuff is pretty good motivation

Ohh, a really good thing to do is join a sport, preferably boxing since that burns the most calories. That way you lose weight and get better at fighting :)

If you are overweight then run. If u want to loose weight quickly, trow on some garbage bags and sweats on and then run. Do not run more than you can, instead, run with pace. Try not to abuse the method or yourself.

Also keep in mind that nutrition is vital to the process. Almost 50% of your results depend on your nutrition. Use common sense to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy foods. Eat at least 3 meals of proper size and avoid eating carbs past 6 P.M.

Keep in mind that you are what you think you are. Keep your thoughts positive. Believe you are awesome and you will get closer to reflecting just that.

if you're ugly, you're ugly...god made you that way and you have to learn to live with it....life sucks... you don't get everything you want...... like i wish i had silky/straight hair but i dont....eh oh well suck it up

hplssme - you
re probably not as ugly or fat as you think you are.. most teenagers are amazingly self conscious..
but what exactly is your height + weight?? haha, then i
ll tell you if you
re fat. i
ll be the doctor of truth <3
but chyea, you
re probably not as ugly or fat , as you think.. or maybe you are even fatter ++ uglier than you think.. i don
t really know.. i don`t know what you look like

Buy Dance Dance Revolution. It's amazing. Play it for an hour every day. It's fun, and good exercise! Really. I hate running or any type of exercise like that but I love this.

SOMETHING THAT WILL REALLY HELP is to make your own lunch for school. i bring my own sandwich and apple to school everyday for lunch. most people who buy the school lunch are tempted to make bad choices.

thats just something little that might help!

i dont anyone is truly UGLY, they just have some imperfections or flaws, like in some cases, if youre born with a nose you just DONT like, that's not your fault and stuff but if you're complaining youre overweight, then you can get up and do something about it naturally because your weight is almost always your own fault, most people just lack the willpower to stay on a diet and exercise

I highly doubt you're ugly, unless you were like, smashed in the face with a cannonball. You just need a self-esteem boost. Easier said than done though...uhh, what else. You're beautiful, you go girl, count yo' calories, go exercise, yay.

what ever happened to the swan show? that show was AMAZINNNNGGG!

and beauty is in the eye of the beholder or something

it all depends on a person's opinion, look at queen latifah(?) shes a little big but shes soo gorgeous!

and its all the way you present yourself, i remember on america's next top model tyra said something about the girl thats not the most hottest in the room getting all the guys attention because she has the confidence and tells herself shes hot or something
