I and Me

Can anyone help me with I and Me, She and her, He and him's?
I often have trouble with these when the sentences get quite complex. Any tricks?

It usually works to simplify the sentence by taking parts out so you can see more clearly what is going on.

quick review: I/she etc. is used when that person is the one doing whatever is being done. Me/her is used when that person has something being done to them (or is attached to a prepostion, 'with her')

I, She, and He are all subjects. (I/She/He went to the store.)

Me, her, and him are all objects. (Mark told me/her/him not to go to the store.)
