Now that decisions are in, I would be curious to learn of the other schools in the decision set of those who have elected to attend Harvard.

Conversely, if you did not chose Harvard, where are you going in the fall?

Now that decisions are in, I would be curious to learn of the other schools in the decision set of those who have elected to attend Harvard.

Conversely, if you did not chose Harvard, where are you going in the fall?

Princeton, Stanford, Brown, Columbia, Dartmouth, Williams, Pomona, BC Honors, NYU Honors, USC, Duke, Vanderbilt

Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Wharton, Georgetown, WUSTL, BC Honors (Carroll), Tulane, NYU Stern, Northwestern.

Probably would have chosen Stanford, Cali is sooo attractive.

Wow, and I thought I was abnormal by applying to so many schools.

Yale, Columbia, Cornell, MIT, Stanford, BU (honors? I stopped paying attention after I got into MIT, and obviously after Harvard), NYU Honors, University of Wyoming (attractive for its full ride)

duke, northwestern, vanderbilt, and georgetown

MIT, Brown, Cornell, WUSTL, Stony Brook Medical Program, Northwestern (Dean's something), Georgetown, RPI, BU

Yale, Princeton, AB Duke, WashU(Ervin scholars), Vandy(Ingram), Emory(John Emory scholarship)

Princeton, Yale, MIT, Caltech, Notre Dame (full ride+stipend), UChicago ($10,000 merit), Northwestern, Williams, Amherst, state university (full ride+huge stipend)

woohoo let's participate in a masturbatory pretentious bragging thread

...

Stanford (likely letter), MIT, Princeton (tacky creme de la creme, eh??), UChicago (full-tuition merit), UVA (Echols, College Science Scholars)

This kid in my school chose Brown over Harvard....even after Brown waitlisted him for EA or ED? (He was accepted later)

Well, everyone's got their own decisions to make. Sounds like the kid has a reasonable head on his shoulders.

Did any of you get into Harvard but not Stanford?

judging by the official c/o 2012 decision thread quite a few...

what a disgustingly difficult choice you guys had to make

Yale, Princeton, Stanford, MIT, Caltech, Columbia, Duke, U of Chicago, Carnegie Mellon SCS, Cornell, UC Berkeley.

If a stupidkid can get into so many of the top US colleges, it doesn't say a lot about US academic excellence, does it?
