I don't want to apply for EOP anymore.

I applied for Humboldt, Chico, San Bernardino, and Pomona. I began my EOP application and I am sure I would be accepted, but there were some complications with the teacher that was supposed to do my second letter of recommendation.

I don’t know if it’s too late to submit the EOP application, but if it is I don’t want to have to worry about it anymore.

Since I have already been accepted to all schools, will I be revoked if I don’t turn in the EOP application because I said I would? It is in my TO-DO List for my portals to turn in the second letter of rec.

It won’t make any difference. EOP is a program to help students by providing extra counseling, etc. It’s for your benefit, not theirs. But, because you started the recommendation process they may put you in the program and then keep asking you for your 2nd letter. You may want to email the EOP dept at the school you choose and tell them you changed your mind.
