Second, I would wait a week or so and it’ll show up.
Third, I would just put it in those Berkeley forms you need to fill out, in the comments. Is the course UC transferable because if so, you need to add it to the UC transferable form course list.
In the comments in that form you could write:
blah blah school added (forgot to add it in application). UC admissions has the info and emailed me that my application is being updated. I only took the one course listed above.
If it is not transferable (so is not noted in the form on any course line), you might want to name the course, note it was the only course you took, year, and that it is non-transferable.
Just FYI, it may not be noticeable in the actual application. I had a friend add something after submitting, and she was told that it was sent as an attachment with the app, but not on the actual application
what luckie has said is what I have heard. It usually doesn’t get put in visibly for you to see. You have the written email verification. That’s your proof. I think you just assume it is good to go.
Considering it’s one course and non-transferable, I can’t see how it will hurt you even if, in the most unlikeliest of scenarios, they lose it. You have the record.
