<p>Do you have to be in the Jerome Fisher program to get a degree in engineering and business at Penn? How hard is it to transfer into wharton from Upenn’s other schools? I’ve heard that you can’t transfer unless your GPA is 3.8+. Thanks in advance.</p>
<p>transfer into M&T (j. fisher) requires essays, recs, strong courseload, and a high high gpa (3.9+ ish)</p>
<p>dual degree status into wharton from seas is gpa based, and you also have to take a few required courses. it was 3.66 in 2005, and 3.70 in 2006</p>

<p>Everyone wants to transfer to Wharton. I hear they took less than 10 transfer students last year out of the nationwide pool Transfer admission rate was like 3.33% for non-Univ of Pennsylvania applicants.</p>
