I REALLY struggled my first semester in college, but ended up with a GPA above a 2.0 by the end of the year. Then over the summer, I took summer classes (your school may offer them online) and it boosted my GPA a lot.
Mistakes happen, just work on fixing the situation.

No, I don’t. At my school a 2.0 is considered a “good academic standing”, meaning it is the cut off. Anything lower than a 2.0 and you are automatically put on academic probabation.

To the OP: Maybe you need to re-examine your situation. Where do you go to school? And what are you majoring in? And what is your year (freshman, sophomore . . .)

There is always the chance to start over – maybe go to a community college for two years and then transfer to another school after two years. Also take summer classes (like LovelySarahG suggested) so you can boost your GPA. But take classes that interest you that will allow you to be motivated so you can achieve A’s.

Manhattan75 I don’t know who you are but you seem to be a very intelligent, intriguing and hilarious person. How I’ve come to this conclusion is from all the replies you’ve been giving on CC… And I think I’m in love awestruck face… I’m just kidding with the in love thing but keep being you, I love it ;)

It isn’t quite April 1st yet, so I’m assuming this was intentional. If that is the case, you are my only fan. I’m perceived by most on here to have “a stick up my ass” and posses none of the qualities you have mentioned.

lol… Yu often tell the truth, which most times hurt, so this blinds them from such qualities. Also I’m happy to be a your only fan :)
