Has anyone else still not received a decision from Exeter? No emails, nothing on Gateway. Those who still hadn’t received word until the afternoon – did it come in an email?
I do not know for sure, but I do not think it is good news for those with no answer. They coordinated a UPS drop today too. Emails arrived around 8am. Welcome package was at door by 8:30am. I know some wait list and rejection emails went out, but there is clearly an error in their system. If you don’t have an email AND no UPS welcome package…so sorry for your stress,
I live in Canada, so UPS welcome package is not an option. I tried to reach out the office, but nothing.

So, if I didn’t hear back from Exeter I should take it as a bad sign? I’ve got a friend who was accepted and heard back yesterday, but I still haven’t received anything.
Just wondering…
Email or call your admissions officer – that’s what we did and she responded with the results.
Can anyone specify where does Exeter post decisions online, please?
They send an email to you if you are accepted. I thought they mailed a rejection letter. Maybe the protocol has changed this year.
So, I reached out today my AO, and I was waitlisted. They told me that were some problems with Gmail mails.
I wasn’t given the card w/ a number or email from my AO, should I call the admissions office instead?
HEY, @unemployedcardib did you get accepted?
Nope! I reached out to my AO and was told I got waitlisted. @Andoverguy
Okay for all those confused on the decision protocol:
Exeter.edu/welcome goes up some time on March 9th or even a few days before in preparation for the release of results. EARLY on March 10th, everyone is SUPPOSED to get an email with either an acceptance video, a rejection letter or a waitlisting letter. ONLY those who got accepted will also receive an acceptance packet from Exeter in the mail coordinated to be ASAP that day from UPS. (Pro Tip: You can tell early if you got in by turning on your UPS delivery notifications. If you see you have a package coming from Exeter, NH, chances are that is your acceptance packet!) This last part is only 90% sure: Those packets come with an acceptance letter, some stickers, a handwritten letter from your admission officer, and some other goodies. I believe they also contain your financial aid grants (if applicable) and instructions on how to register, also a course offering booklet.
That is how it is supposed to work. However, they experienced an issue with their system this year and many people did not get an email at all. I got an email from my admissions officer without me even reaching out on Monday apologizing for the issues and delivering my rejection. I have not heard however of anyone not getting an email, and then be accepted. As I imagined, I’m sure their priority was to make sure those who got accepted, KNEW that they were accepted.
Hope I was able to help!
