I just wish some official technical person from the site would post some info at least acknowledging there is a problem. I know I’ve been having intermittent problems with CC forums for a few days already. I keep thinking they MUST be working on them, but it would be nice if they said they were.
Yea…i keep getting the fatal messages as well.
these fatal messages are happening because of everyone on the SAT Preparation section keep on refreshing their pages because of the Jan. SAT discussion., thus making the the website more laggy. This is similar to “denial-of-service,” but not intentional. It will stop when CC manager restarts the server.
doubleplay’s post makes absolutely no technical sense so I wouldn’t worry too much about that explanation…

Here are two possible solutions:

The problem was in the call of the parameter $perpage of the construct<em>page</em>nav() function.
I was testing the value of $vbulletin->userinfo[‘maxposts’] to get the number of “lines” per page. If this number is -1, then it means that the forum’s default value is used (in this case $vbulletin->options[‘maxposts’]).
I have taken this from the sanitize_maxposts() function.
But for some unknown reason, I have many users with either -1 or 0 for their maxposts value 
Thus corrupting my test on -1 value.
So I’ve corrected the test by replacing <> -1 by <= 0 in the $perpage calculation.
