<p>does anyone know how to create an email account if, when you try to log in using your PennKey, you get a message saying “your PennKey is already in use”? I’ve never set up an email account, and I haven’t used my key for anything yet…</p>

<p>if not, log in there, and then follow the steps to set up the email.</p>

<p>if you already tried that and it didn't work, i'd suggest calling penn.</p>
