<p>i hope this doesn't count as spamming...but I have extra room at a co-op and need somebody ASAP. its right beside UCLA and most of the people living at the co-op are UCLA students too. its $500/month, all utilities included, + internet + free meals. You just need to do a chore shift once a week (thats what keeps the rent so cheap)</p>

<p>jvn098: Why do u need a roommate in the coop? There you still pay the price assigned to you regardless of whether or not you have a roommate</p>
<p>chore shift: cleaning, cooking, painting, washing dishes. basically the kind of chores you do at home. </p>
<p>proximity: It is right beside UCLA. you walk down the street and you are already in front of one of the UCLA buildings.</p>
<p>the reason why i'm asking is, i'm not from UCLA and can't live at the co-op anymore (its too far from my school). I found a place closer and now I need someone to take my spot at the co-op (or else I'm stuck paying the rent every month regardless if im there or not). </p>
