I need advice, please chance me!

<p>I need advice from you even if it may be a little bit early since I am a
sophomore.</p>

<p>I am in "the top" high school in my country, having the highest statistics of
sending students to prestigious colleges in the us, including ivy.</p>

<p>GPA: 85.5/100
Rank: top 25-20%</p>

<p>Taking AP Bio this year, will take Calculus, Physics next year.</p>

<p>Have taken the PSAT: 1800.
working on the vocab, will probably have an sat score above 2000
Will take the sat subject tests of the APs.</p>

<p>Legacy: My Brother</p>

<p>Extra Curricular:
9th year playing basketball, 3rd year in the school team, (will be 4 when
applying)
2 years of MUN
Member of an entrepreneurship club
Awarded at the Grand Education Festival in Italy, for a painting of mine.
awarded for success science and art at school</p>

<p>intern/observer position at an hospital for 2 weeks</p>

<p>Tutoring for a year</p>

<p>was accepted into a leadership academy when i was a freshman, as the only high
school student in a group of 30-40 college students(this group was trained on
leadership skills, communication, organization, entrepreneurship etc.)</p>

<p>Community Service:
Helping out at a poor school in the country(50 hours)
braille club(one year)</p>

<p>I know that its too early to say if I have a shot or not, but some tips would
really help me a lot. I need to know how I can turn this profile into a really
powerfull candidate, or if i can.</p>

<p>If I were you I would work on boosting your GPA and do as much SAT prep as you can. Everything else looks good.</p>

<p>I would take more AP classes. I’m not sure if two a year is going to cut it. And work on that SAT. Otherwise, good luck! The basketball should help you out!</p>
