I need help. UCLA or CAL - Chinese

<p>I can't decide between them at the moment. I know that CAL's reputation excels most colleges in California, but I am somewhat interested in UCLA's environment. I've only been to LA once, so I'm not really familiar with the place down there. Can someone give me advice? I got full coverage for system wide tuition fees for UCLA.</p>

<p>How much does Cal cost per year? How much for UCLA? Does the difference matter to your family?</p>

<p>Personally, I’d rather go for school prestige than school environment, especially when I’m talking about a school as beautiful as Berkeley. </p>
