i need major assistance

I kinda have done a few stuff when it comes to college but for the most part not really. I also believe that my school's college counsler is not that useful and she hasn't provided me with that much help. So I was hoping that you guys could point me in the right direction for what schools I should apply to.

Heres my i guess "record".

Unweighted: GPA=3.8947 Class Rank= 13/581
Weighted : GPA=6.7586 Class Rank= 33/581

ACT = 31
SATII: US History=750
Eng. Lit.=650
World His. = 620
Not planning on taking the SAT.

I took two AP classes my junior year: AP US=5 AP Eng. Lang./Comp.=5
I'm currently taking 4 APs: Euro, Environmental Science, Calc, English

I've always been on the honor roll and last year I also recieved the Daughters of the American Revolution excellence award in u.s history.

School involvement/community service:
Class Board: Freshman/Sophomore class vice president
Junior/Senior class president
Student Association
Peer mediator
Tutor at our schools literacy center
We Help Others (has allowed me to do so much community service including over the summer in which I went to the south dakota indian reservation to tutor in one of their elementary schools)
National Honors Society
International Club
Chosen by my school to attend this program called Presidential Program for the future world leaders summit in D.C.

I live in a Chicago suburb so the type of school im looking for is more suburban with close acess to a bigger city. I am not looking to stay in Illinois. If anybodys ever been to downtown evanston and seen northwestern thats the kind of setting im looking for.

What i plan to be studying is something around political science/public policy/international studies/history and that type of stuff.

I also have been told how schools like diversity amongst their students and I'm Assyrian (its in your history books) which i believe is considered a minority nowadays.

Yeah i think i might have written too much BUT please do respond because i need ALOT of help.

Being Assyrian (an odd choice of phrase- are you from Iraq or Iran?), or being from the Middle East in general, is usually not considered having URM status.

Tufts might be a great fit. Maybe U Rochester, Johns Hopkins, Syracuse, Emory, Barnard, George Washington, Rice, Michigan, and U Washington. U Toronto, if you're open to Canadian schools.

My familys from Iraq but i dont see why you say its an "odd choice of phrase". Im not a Syrian but assyrian if thats what you thought i meant? In Iraq and other middle eastern countires we are considered as a minority.
thank you for the help though.
