Hey guys! How are you?
I am an international student and I would like to hear some suggestions please.

I am planning to apply to Harvard, Yale and Cornell and to some other schools as well.

My O level grades were: 5 A* 3A and 1 B. I got A* in English Language.

My A level grades are AAAA @ bio, chem, phy and maths and a C @ Critical thinking and D @ English Language in AS level( for english I had to sit for 2 papers and in one paper i got a B, which is really good and in another, where you have to write 2 600 words essays a U) I have no idea why on earth it happened.

My AICE diploma came as a distinction with 360/360.....it is based on my A level grades.

I have studied Critical thinking and English language independently just see how I will perform. I do not want to underestimate the skills i learned because of my poor grades. I think I am capable of doing an independent research project. My chosen topic is :
"Is criminal behavior biologically determined?"
My SAT II subject test scores are 740, 730 and 690 on chem, bio and maths level 2, respectively. Yes, I know the scores are low for such competitive schools. I may probably resit maths level 2 in January.
My target or SAT is 620 in CR ( i am really trying to score higher) 740 in maths and hopefully 700 in writing)

I would also like to send some pencil sketches- a few drawings may be 2 or 3 to the admission office but i think I would like to choose between the 2. Either the artworks or the research. Both would be a lot of pressure but if I can, i would definitely send them.

I hate to say this, but yes I went though a LOT of tough time during my high school years, battling with clinical depression and anxiety disorders. I even had panic attacks during exams. i couldn't really perform well but i did the best i could. Really I tried and this is the best i could come up with. My condition is a little better than before but I am not totally fine. I am quite likely to have ADD. My psychologist was very happy because in the end i was successful to get all A grade. She told me I was a fighter because I didn't take meds and like unlike a lot of other clients of her's I was really fighting well.
The highest one can get in their A levels are A* which is like 90+ marks. I tried to achieve at least one A* but I could reach it for a few marks. I am quite a hard working fellow but yeah not the best. I tried as much as i could to score high. But alas! who knew the disaster was coming in the way :'( .
But i would love to hear some honest opinions from you. My firm choice in Cornell in Qatar.
I dnt know about the other 2.
I am planning to write about what I went through. It's actually about my orientation....god, i wish i never realized. It probably wouldn't have caused so much pain and time that I could have given into my studies.
Anyways, please do comment :D.
