I Only See Last Year's Scores

<p>Hi,
I logged in to collegeboard today and I can only see the 2012 scores.
I took 4 exams this year, however, and I am anxious to see the results.
I thought it may be because of the AP number change, so I tried creating a new account with this year's AP number, but all that happened was an automatic merge between the accounts and redirection to the 2012 exam scores.
I emailed CB but that will require days of patience.
Any idea what is going on?

<p>I found that the problem is that my account is using my old AP number. However, I can’t update my AP number so it’s pretty much impossible (unless you guys have a solution).
I did try to make a new account with the new number, but it redirects me to the old account because of similar information.
Help please.

<p>Yes, last year was my first time.
When I press on the pdf link for a score report, it says my old ap number. We need to find a way to change the number.</p>

<p>I am wondering why only today we are having this problem. Why on 7/5, 7/6, we did not heard people in other locations experience this issue?
If this is a bug of collegeboard, then all three time windows people should experience, not just today.</p>

<p>There are other reports of this issue in the last 2 days too. You need to call collegeboard to merge the AP ID number. Obviously, you should have used the same AP ID number from previous year for the registration.</p>

<p>I want to call them but their lines aren’t open on sundays.
Is there a particular phone number that worked for you, or will you also wait 1 day?</p>

<p>Each year, during registration, the AP number was assigned by College Board or AP coordinator . It is not up to you to select. Each year they give different AP numbers.</p>

<p>I asked this question to our school district AP coordinator before. She said that it is could not use the same AP number for one student for all the years. Every year will be a different AP number.</p>

<p>You probably just have to wait it out. Call the AP line and see what they say.</p>

<p>having exactly the same problem. And everyone else who I know had already got their scores…=(. This problem hasn’t been fixed yet. The only thing I have on my page is still the 2012 score…</p>
