I payed two days ago, but it still says "not submitted"

<p>I had to use the mail check option to submit the app. Should I contact the admissions office? I do remember seeing something like “effective payment: 1/4” on NetPay, though. Does that mean it’ll show up on that date?</p>

Is there any way to send them a slightly revised version of the common app essay? It just has some changed phrasing, a few added sentences, etc. Can I email it to them? They did extend the deadline after all…</p>
