I really do need help with this!

So, I'm a senior in high school right now and I really want to get into the top 30 schools in the nation. But the ones that I want to get into the most is UCLA, UCBerkeley, Johns Hopkins, UMichigan, and Stanford. I also have Dyslexia and ADD. I am also a California resident.

Freshman Year Semester 1: English(B), Spanish 1(B), Algebra 1(B), History(B), Biology(B)

(MOVED TO NEW SCHOOL AT BEGINNING OF 2ND SEMESTER)

Freshman Year Semester 2: Honors English(B), Spanish 1(B), Algebra 1(C), Honors History(B), Biology(B)

(MOVED TO CALIFORNIA FROM ILLINOIS AT END OF 2ND SEMESTER)

Sophomore Year Semester 1: Honors English(B), Spanish 2(B), Honors Geometry(B), AP World(B), Chemistry(B)

Sophomore Year Semester 2: Honors English(A), Spanish 2(A), Honors Geometry(A), AP World(A), Chemistry(A)

Junior Year: AP English(A), spanish 3(A), Enhanced math 3(A), AP Psychology(A), AP Biology(A), AP US History(A) BOTH SEMESTERS ALL A's

Senior Year: AP English(A), AP spanish(A), AP Calculus AB(A), AP Computer Science(A), AP Physics C Mech(A), AP American Government(A). BOTH SEMESTERS ALL A's

I did track and field for 3 years and a bunch of other extracurriculars, research, and community service that I am not going to list because its too long. I just want to know based off my grades for now. Do you think I have a chance at the top 30 and especially with UCLA, UCBerkeley, Johns Hopkins, UMichigan and Stanford?

If you’re a senior does that mean you already applied and are waiting for results?

First, instead of listing individual grades, you should post your GPA (preferred uw).
Second, if you are senior, you should have your test scores. No score no chance.
Third, from you grades, your GPA is likely around 3.5. It is very low for top schools. Some schools do skip freshmen grades which is in your favor. That may bring your GPA to 3.7+.

Still, not score not chance. You should know better than that.

On solely grades considering your condition and moves and upward GPA you are OK. Umich you’ll probably get. Rest are meh

UMich does value a lot on GPA. The admission average to UMich is 3.85.
