I really need some advice

I go to a really small Christian school. There are only 3 people in my grade and they are extremely strict. I’m a Senior in High school. I broke a rule at school for the first time and I watched ten minutes of the television show “The Bachelor” on my personal computer when I was supposed to be typing. I was suspended three days. I was told that they would not put it on my transcript. Should I still write it on my college application under disciplinary history?
