Do I have a chance of getting into ASU with a 3.0 GPA, 19 on the ACT and one deficiency in math. I constantly hear the whole " If you have a pulse you’ll get in" but I am very concerned.
Also, the 19 ACT score is the score that I got on the practice test. I haven’t taken the SAT or the ACT yet. (I’m a high school junior)
*Any suggestions on what I can do to increase my chances
Study extensively for the ACT which you (should) take in April. Study with practice tests, and limit your time to 4-5 minutes less than the sections actually give. Get a solid ACT score, and it will be very difficult for them to deny you acceptance!
Just keep your GPA up, try to increase it if you can. If you get at least a 24 on the ACT you should be fine. If you aren’t prepared just get a tutor they can help you increase your score since you have a ton of room for improvement based on your practice test.
