So, I recieved the Presidents Education Award at the end of 8th grade, does it carry over to my high school resume?

I want to put it on my college app. I would put the year i received it next to it, so it's not like i would be lying about when i got it or anything. I was just curious if this would be a good or bad idea considering that I got it at the very end of middle school, not quite high school

The Common App is pretty specific about asking for 9th grade-12th grade information. One would hope you have had other accomplishments since then to include. My kid finished 3rd in the Midwest Academic Talent Search for her SAT scores in 8th grade out of 10,000 students. She did not include that on her college apps; she had plenty of other material to put in, and it seemed to be pushing their boundaries. Now she did have an EC that she had done for 9 years with a cumulative accomplishment (totalling something) that was impressive. So she put that information in, but it was an activity she continued through high school, so it seemed to make sense.

You could put it in the additional information section if you wanted to (if they still have that when the Common App is redone this summer).
