I still don't have my Harvard decision. Does anyone know why?

I'm just a little....frantic. I somehow locked myself out of both Columbia and Princeton portals with incorrect password/username combinations (yes, I know, I fail hardcore), but at least I understand what's going on with those two decisions. What I don't understand is why I still haven't received my Harvard decision....

...does this mean I was rejected? Does this mean the decision will come tomorrow? What does this mean?

Stay calm. Harvard states on its website that decision emails can take up to a few hours to arrive since there are so many to send. A long delay has no bearing on what the decision outcome is.

If you can’t log into the link, you’re rejected or waitlisted.

don’t ■■■■■, UVA…

harvard sucks anyways…

U cant login because there are too many people trying to login, so the server is overflowing… and connection will time out

How do you know your access code to try to log in at the link?

Is UVA right on this one?

Has anyone for example got in and not been able to login?

Yeah we can’t know if it works unless it does for someone who actually was admitted.

Bump x10char

Don’t panic! Sending out so many messages at once takes a while. :D

I’m going to punch you in the face, Harvard!! I still haven’t heard (even though I am almost certain I am rejected).

Anyone able to access the admitted students site before they got their email?

I haven’t heard either :(

Logging in with your access code does indeed work for admitted

still no emailllll

“Applicants have the opportunity to choose email notification and to update email addresses at our student status page.
Applicants who wish to choose email notification must do so by 5pm on March 28.
If you do not receive your email decision, the student may call the office on Thursday, March 31st to learn the decision. The official letter will arrive by post within a few days.”

Above taken from here:
[Harvard College Admissions § Applying: Email Notification of Decisions](http://www.admissions.college.harvard.edu/apply/application_process/email.html)

So I suppose we had to notify them we wanted the email? Otherwise we just have to wait until tomorrow or until we receive the official letter?

You notified them on the supplement.

My Harvard email just came through. They emailed it at 4:49PM EST today.

I meant to type 4:59
