I submitted my fafsa on feb 15?

<p>I made the stupid mistake of not realizing that they wanted the FAFSA by February 15th, and submitted it on Feb 15. Boston U says: “Deadline for the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE and Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be received by the processors.*”</p>

<p>Since I got my confirmation for the FAFSA three days letter (the SAR and everything), does that mean that my FAFSA is late, or is it on time because it was sent on Feb 15??</p>

<p>Please help. I’m a financial aid student that would not be able to attend Boston U without financial aid.</p>

<p>Should be fine. The way fafsa works is the stuff is submitted - which means there’s a date - and then processed and then at some point the school gathers the data. In other words, the data doesn’t flow immediately to the school.</p>
