I submitted my application for the Regeneron Science talent search before the deadline, and got an email confirming my application was submitted. However, I noticed it was strange that I didn’t recieve a t-shirt this week and did not get an email saying whether or not I won today. I went online to see what happened and it says that my application is incomplete, with a bullet saying the thing i didnt do is “submit”, which I did and got confirmed that I did. What can I do in a situation like this? Even if they looked it over, wouldnt it be too late to be chosen as a semifinalist?
Did you get an email saying you received an Entrant badge (Title: Thank You for Entering the Regeneron Science Talent Search!). Did you get an email from Regeneron asking for additional info? (Attention Regeneron STS Entrant: Additional Information Requested). It could be you were missing some info or your application was disqualified for a certain reason.
@AznDude525 I didnt get any message asking for additional information. they didnt contact me at all after the submission confirmation email they sent me.
Did your recommenders turn in their recommendations and the transcript? Did you fill out all the sections including the non-judging section?
yup! The weirdest part is it said 80% complete earlier with a bullet saying “submit” as if thats the only thing i have left to do…then i contacted them and now it magically says 100% submitted, but still rejected?? @AznDude525
Just ask them for why you didn’t get the shirt yet and wait for their response I guess
