I think the ACT might ruin my chances of getting into college.

I guess you just go to a really easy school. Where else could a 23 on the ACT correlate with a 3.93 GPA. And stop saying its not fair. Getting cancer or being killed in a plane crash isn’t fair, but achieving a similar score over and over again on the ACT is fair. The fact that you got two similar scores of 23 and 22 just mean that maybe you aren’t as smart as you thought you were.

OK, here we go:
I have 3.96/3.81. Class rank #1 has 4.2/4.0.
I’m 21st class rank (unweighted). And, out of top 25 class ranks, 17 are national merit semi-finalists. Does this sound like an easy school? I hope not.
I am not one of those lucky 17 bastards, and my ACT is only two points higher than MsAnonymous’s. ACT scores don’t show how smart a person is.
