I took the SAT but College Board says otherwise.

I took the SAT subject tests on June 1 2013,and did not receive my scores on June 25. I waited for some days, before eventually emailing the College Board to query about my scores. To my dismay, they told me that I have registered for the test but did not actually take it on June 1:
''Our records indicate you registered for the June 2013 test date. However, there is no record of you taking the test. Therefore, there are no scores available.''

The proctor checked my ID card and put a tick on a paper she was holding, I think I gridded most information required correctly and I even know people who have seen me taking the test!
This is really disturbing.I hope someone help me.
Thanks.

There must be a review process through the College Board. Have you asked them what they would suggest?

They told that my mail has been sent to the Escalations Department, which is more apt to assist me. I will get an answer in 6-8 business days.
I’m gutted for I’m the only one who got such an issue!

Thanks for helping,though!
