<p>I am sorry to let you down, but with Toefl IBT at 87/120, you will have problem to get into ANY UG Journalism programs with full frieght being paid by you, let alone if you can get full ride merit scholarships. Even you are admitted, you may have to take one semester of English course in the EFL school to prove that you are worthy to stay in the program. There are plenty of internationals who have perfect toefl score that are not getting full ride scholarships.</p>
<p>Just a quick search in NorthWestern site, they require minimum toefl at 90 for MUSIC Student with exceptional telent to apply.</p>
