I want to learn about quantum computers...but where is the best place to learn it???
Also, how about AI?? Artificial Intelligence systems???
I think I'll be going to IIT my first year... any suggestions on where to go if I want to learn more about this??

Do you already have a B.S degree. If so go into a PHD program in Physics, EE or Optical Engineering with a professor who has interest in that area.

If you don't already have a B.S go into one of them as a undergrad and do some undergrad research and then follow the first step above.

but i just want to learn how to program a quantum computer

They don't exist yet and thus no one's programmed one yet. If you want to do research in the device-level physics for building quantum computers, specialize in solid state physics (usually in the EE or physics department). There's not much else you can do for now.

Log on to the Boston Computer Society book store web page.

There are lots of books on Quantum Computers

do you guys know where there are good universities that could teach or where i will be able to acquire these skills?

Quantum Computers are mainly a graduate level topic. If you search around the MIT OCW site, you might find some courses of interest.

Free Online Course Materials | MIT OpenCourseWare

EDIT: Found one, but requires previous knowledge of quantum mechanics: MIT OpenCourseWare | Media Arts and Sciences | MAS.865J Quantum Information Science, Spring 2006 | Home

You could learn a thing or two Quantum Logic Explorer Home Page, I haven't bothered with that section of the site personally, but you may find it relevant to your interest.
