Unfortunately, your ACT score is not so hot, but it’s not too bad. Though if you can, definitely try to improve that. Other than that, your EC’s are a little bit thin, but the volunteer hours sound nice. Based on this:

Purdue: Match/Low Reach
Georgia tech: A bit of a reach
Uiuc: Low Reach
Louisville: High Match
Kentucky: Reach

If these are the only school’s you’re applying to, it would be good to throw in a few safeties that you’re absolutely sure you could get into. However, you do have a decent shot at the schools you mentioned.

Chance me?

I would try to increase that ACT Score, but you have a good shot at a lot of these schools.

Purdue: Low Reach
Georgia Tech: High Match/Low Reach
UIUC: High Match
Louisville: Safety
Kentucky: Low Match, maybe even a safety. Definitely not a reach, the acceptance rate is almost 70%. Unless you’re talking about a different Kentucky than UK.
