Ideas for Fine Arts?

I need to take a fine arts class for my revelle requirement. What did you guys take and any recs.? I've looked over all the classes and have a good idea of what they are, I just don't know what to pick. I just need to fulfil that req.
Thanks.

ahh.. im wondering the same too.
i dislike art.. so i just want to get it over with..

hm... i was thinking history of film or intro to art hist..

Music classes are they way to go if you don't like art. MUS 4-15. Those should work. They tend to require the least amount of work. If you play an instrument, you can take an ensemble class for units (see the music department and MUS 95). Of course, an art history or film class works too. Just depends on your interests.

This is kind of a tangent question. I took art history at a community college my sophomore year of high school to satisfy the A-G reqs for UCs. I looked at my degree audit, and apparently that summer class actually satisfies Revelle's fine arts GE too.

I just want to make sure this is legit. I just don't want to take an unnecessary class. Thanks!

If it's on your degree audit then I wouldn't question it but email Revelle academic advising if you want to be completely sure about it.
