History of past year for background information

Last Summer my parents were concerned about me being overloaded by school. They influenced me to lighten my school load. At the time I was planning on taking 6 classes.

Once school started I regretted changing my course schedule. It took a few weeks to get back into APUSH. And I didn't enjoy the atmosphere of Physics, so that was kicked out.

All of 1st semester I was behind on homework and projects. Not only was I behind in school I was suffering through social anxiety (due to an event), depression, and suicidal thoughts. I felt safe at home and ditched many of my classes. Due to my absence, I became further backlogged with assignments and even tests. It was a downward spiral.

Once 2nd Semester arrived, I was determined to get back on track. And I did. Slowly at first. With each passing day involvement in my studies and grades increased.

Back to the main point:
unweighted gpa- 3.3
weighted gpa- around 3.7 and 3.8
SAT: 1650 (plan on taking another SAT)

Recently, I found out that colleges mostly look at the unweighted gpa. Darn.
I had B's in all my class. 5 classes. 2 honor classes, 2 regular classes, and 1 AP class

I'm planning on volunteering at a Cancer Center in the beginning of August and for 4 months.
I play ayso soccer.
I'm on a high school ski team (alpine skiing in events such as gs and slalom) Thinking of joining a resort ski club during the school year for more experience.
Never worked. Have traveled and been exposed to many cultures. Went to soccer camp in Spain for two weeks (including Spanish) and interacted with people from around the world .

All I have left is Senior year! I'm planning on taking 2 AP classes but I feel pale in comparison to my peers. What do you guys think?
I'm only taking 5 classes again next year. Too little? I feel the need to improve. I can't rely on my gpa, not strong enough. But I still plan on taking the SAT and ACT.

Sorry for such a long post. I'm really worried. But I'd like all types of comments and responses. :)
