<p>I have my 1040EZ and my mother's 1040A. How many pages of these packets are supposed to be sent to idoc? Is is just the first two pages? I also see "Earned Income Credit", "Paid Preparer's Earned Inc...", etc. Do those need to be included as well?</p>
<p>The cover sheet that you print and include has the exact list of forms and pages of some forms that you need to send. Get that cover sheet and check off each item that pertains to you as you put the copies in a pile. If there is a form listed that is not part of tax materials you don’t need to include it and you don’t check the box.</p>
