<p>Hey, so I'm trying to get my IDOC packet ready, and I'm just wondering about a few things. A couple of the "required" forms do not apply to me: I didn't hold a job in 2011-2012 so I do not need to file taxes, what should I do about the W-2, 1099, and Tax Return requirements? Can I just ignore them?</p>

<p>The way I read instructions if you had any income you have to send the associated 1099 forms - such as interest from a bank account. If you don’t have some form then you won’t include it. There is a form to fill out if you didn’t file taxes - there’s a link to it on the IDOC site. I’d send the forms if you have any income at all… even if it isn’t enough to file taxes.</p>
