<p>What exactly is Industrial Engineering and Operations Research? On another cc thread i saw that this major has a lot of things in relation to business, but I'm still not to sure what the major deals with. I am specifically looking at Berkeley's IEOR. And what kinds of jobs can you get out of college with IEOR?</p>
<p>*(I really like business, but at berkeley you dont get admitted straight into business, so i was thinking of doing IEOR and then getting an MBA if i later wanted a true business education.)</p>
