If applying for FA, what's the deadline for income tax returns?

<a href="http://isites.harvard.edu/fs/docs/icb.topic555686.files/Prospective%20Student%20App%20Instruct%20US%20and%20Canada.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://isites.harvard.edu/fs/docs/icb.topic555686.files/Prospective%20Student%20App%20Instruct%20US%20and%20Canada.pdf</a></p>

This lovely PDF, although otherwise concise, is somewhat ambiguous regarding this small detail. 2009 income tax forms are under the heading "Deadline: February 1, 2010," but it also says "You should send signed photocopies of all pages and schedules of your parents' 2009 federal tax returns (including photocopies of all W-2 forms) to the College Board by March 1."

So, in summary:

Is it okay to send them 2009 tax returns up until March 1?

If the answer to the above is yes, should 2008 tax returns be sent before February 1?

Thanks. :] Just wondering, 'cause a lot of schools want 2008 returns if 2009 ones aren't done yet.

Never mind, I think I found the answer to my own question. [Harvard College Admissions § Financial Aid: Timetable](http://www.admissions.college.harvard.edu/financial_aid/timetable.html)
