if everyone is a leader, how will they find anyone to lead?

seriously, "They love to see leadership" "highlight your leadership positions"
Yeah ok, that's what the shool does, but if everyone's a leader it won't be a very balanced social environment. -Some kids are valuable assets but aren't cut out for leadership... so they get rejected? Just seems like they should accept some leaders and some followers(the ones that contribute to the leader's sucess). Really, you need a balance of personalities.

I have to agree with you there.

ditto with above.

People lead in different ways, 2much2do. It's a mix of personalities because not everybody is a class president.

ok i was MISS leadership in high school. like i won every leadership award in my community, even at the state level, was school pres for 2 years, class pres before that, etc. now at cmc, i don't hold any leadership positions. AT ALL. a lot of people choose not to continue the over-achieving in college. trust me, it works out. they know what they're doing.
