<p>When I log onto URSA, and click the Accept or Decline, there's a link to my award letter. If I click it, I am taken to a page where it lists all the fees and the costs of UCLA, the scholarships and gift aids, and the loans I will be receiving. </p>

<p>agreed. My epal is up too, but there's no letter that says "congratulations, you were accepted" or anything like that on the myucla page.</p>
<p>I think the URSA thing saying "Accept or Reject your offer of admission" = you got in.</p>
