Hello all. I have recently been admitted Early Action to my top school and I have decided not to apply to one of my safety schools (to save money and time). However, I sent in my SAT scores directly from Collegeboard to all of my schools at the same time. I also sent in the CSS Financial Aid to all of my schools at the same time. I removed this college from the CommonApp and cancelled my request for an interview... will my SAT Scores/CSS forms just sit in a file? Should I contact the school? Any advice? Please reply!

If you don’t send your CA and pay your fee then will eventually discard your stray papers. It is nice to send an email and let them know, though.

Congratulations on the early admit!

Thank you both! I will definitely send them an email! Happy holidays! :)

They will just get rid of the extra information. I actually sent my scores to many schools early on for sports recruiting to show I was serious about all the schools I was looking at. Mostly I just got more mail from those schools, like thick envelopes asking me to apply. I really didn’t have to do it, but for the schools where I was recruited, it helped to have the scores in early. It did show interest in those schools to spend the 11 or whatever.

Thank you @Yankee1995! Happy Thanksgiving!
