I was in family vacation while the email about the UHS came. I could not do anything because my personal physicist was in America while I was in a foreign country. I had no choice but to wait till I come back from my vacation, but now the site to turn in the document is down. What can I do? Can I really not apply for the fall courses like they said?
University Health Service forms? Just get them submitted/uploaded pronto, and before Orientation (which is when you would start to register for courses).
btw: even if your family physician is unavailable, just call around to local walk-in clinics, many of which offer ‘school physicals’.
Yes I am aware but - by law they say that it must be turned in within 30 days before classes start or and 80 dollar late fee and cannot register for the following semester. But I could not get a physical checkup while I was in Vacation, I didn’t have any of the informations of dates and all so I couldn’t complete the forms and turn it in time.
yeah, I get all that.
Get off of the online forms, make an appt with a doc – any doc – and upload the forms. Call the next day to make sure that they have everything that they need. I have no doubt that many folks are late in uploading forms by July 1. Heck, they even accepted a few kids off of the WL at the end of June, so they had do way to make the deadline.
Yes, you might have to pay the $80 fee, but no way will they kick you out of fall semester.
