If it's okay, I'd like people's thoughts on my VERY preliminary list

Both in-state pairs are within 2 hours of each other. According to mapquest, anyway.

Took some doing to determine, but it seems PSU is primarily Commuter.

For fun, checked if any private schools would come up. Only 1 did: DePaul.

Added in activities on this engine. List was pretty similar (both majors/admission standards)

ODU
ZONA
MINN (TC)
Buffalo
Utah
Michigan St
Maryland
Texas A&M
SLO
FRESNO ST

I think it would be helpful for you to start trying to focus on campus/vibe culture. Niche is good for that. I got the feeling you were looking for quirky, progressive? Really encourage you to check out Clark and Occidental.

@Southoftheriver GREAT advice! I need to check that site, definitely. BTW: I don’t know about “quirky”, but DEFINITELY “progressive”.

Post #112 is probably the list I’d use going forward

I realized I’ve been leaving WSU off my lists recently. It only has 4 majors I’m interested in, BUT is large and has high admission rate, along with being fairly diverse. Would you call Pullman rural or suburban? If the latter, may be worth taking second look at.
