These are VERY competitive scholarships.
If your grades aren’t competitive with the other applicants, who also need funding, then it may not happen.

I can’t imagine that happening with any USC scholarship, let alone a full Trustee, sorry. There’s so many 4.0 and above that are not even admitted to USC.
From your other posts, with an 1100-1200 SAT and scores in math/reading in the 500s, a 29 ACT and weighted GPA of 3.7 - your target schools should not only be USC, UCLA and UCB (from other posts) types. I cannot emphasize enough how you need to apply much more broadly than that.
Way back in May, @Gumbymom told you most of those are high reaches and they still are. I am not trying to be harsh, but it is too close to the end of the application cycle to do anything but tell it like it is. You can try and apply wherever you want of course, but have you broadened your list to include better academic fits? Wish you the best!
